📋 Keith's Dent Repair — PDR Beginner Course Terms & Conditions*
1. Payment, Deposit & Refund Policy:
- Deposit: A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required at the time of registration to lock in and secure your seat. Because class sizes are strictly capped at 1 to 4 students for personalized attention, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. Student will register for either the afternoon or evening class.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $2,000.00 is due in full no later than Monday, October 19, 2026 (Note: the course starts on the following Monday: October 26, 2026).
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, or Credit Card. Please note that a 3% card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- If a student must cancel their enrollment after paying the $2,000 balance but before the course begins (or if an emergency arises during the course), the $2,000 balance is non-refundable.
- However, to ensure you still get your training, we will credit your $2,000 balance toward a future PDR Beginner Course class when it becomes available.
- Note: The $500 deposit cannot be credited toward a future class if missed within the 14-day window, as that slot was held exclusively for you.
3. Workshop Safety & Liability Waiver:
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in a hands-on automotive trade course (Paintless Dent Repair) involves physical activity, handling metal panels, and working with specialized tools, lighting, and sharp equipment. By enrolling and stepping onto the workshop floor at 600 Amanda Cir, Salado, TX 76571, the student explicitly acknowledges and assumes all inherent risks of injury, accident, or property damage associated with a working automotive shop environment.
- Release of Liability: Keith’s Dent Repair, Keith Skelton, Letty Skelton, and any associated instructors or staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries, medical expenses, or accidents sustained by the student while on the premises or participating in course activities.
- Safety Rules & Compliance: Students agree to strictly follow all safety instructions, wear recommended protective gear, and handle shop tools responsibly. Keith’s Dent Repair reserves the right to dismiss any student immediately without a refund or future credit if they willfully disregard safety protocols or endanger themselves or others.
4. Intellectual Property, Code of Conduct & Media Release:
- Training Scope: This Beginner Course provides foundational skills and entry into PDR. Satisfactory completion grants the student a baseline framework but does not certify them as a "Master Technician" or authorize them to commercially represent Keith’s Dent Repair.
- Student Recording Policy: Audio or video recording of proprietary instructional techniques, proprietary tool designs, or specific workshop methods by students may be restricted at the discretion of the instructors to protect intellectual property.
- Marketing Media Release: By enrolling in the course and participating in course activities on the workshop premises, the student grants Keith’s Dent Repair irrevocable permission to photograph, record video, or capture audio of the student during class activities. Keith’s Dent Repair reserves the right to use these photographs, videos, and media likenesses for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across digital platforms (including the website, social media, and advertisements) without financial compensation or prior approval required from the student.
*By making your deposit for the PDR Beginner Course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
